The registration fee is considered as an earmarked donation for the Congress purposes.
Registration deadlines:
- Early bird rate — till 1 April 2019
- Standard rate — till 31 May 2019
- Late registration — 1 June 2019 till 26 June. You won’t be able to register and pay registration fee after 26 June.
Registration fee covers:
- Admission to the congress (3 days),
- Congress documentation (digital),
- Opening and closing ceremonies, receptions
- Coffee/tea/water during the day.
Country Classification:
- Higher-income economies (GNI per capita: $12,236 or more)
- Upper-middle-income economies and lower (GNI per capita: $12,235 and less)
Cancelation policy: shall you wish to cancel your registration once the registration fee has been paid, kindly be informed that 100% of the price will be reimbursed to your account (minus bank transfer fee if the payment has been done using this method) before 5 May. 6 May to 1 June the reimbursement will be 50% of the paid amount, excluding bank transfer fee. After 2 June the reimbursement will be impossible due to pre-ordered services.
