UNESCO, having thoroughly studied all the materials on the Congress, considered ECP 2019 as a significant contributor to the development of world science and education, as well as to mastering humanitarian practices. In a letter addressed to the President of the Russian Academy of Education, the President of the Russian Psychological Society, Yu. Zinchenko, A. Azoulay claimed that the aims of the congress were consistent with UNESCO mission, and therefore she was delighted to place the event under their auspices. This is exactly why UNITWIN/UNESCO, one of the most successful Programmes of UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), will organise a symposium during the Congress. It will address one of the most urgent issues of our age: strengthening career guidance and counselling to face challenges of the 21st century. The congress will also host the meeting of 20 UNITWIN representatives.
