Important information about registering for the Congress and getting tickets for the opening ceremony
The registration and Opening ceremony tickets collection desk will be located on Bolshaya Nikitskaya st.2
Operation hours:
- 1 July 10:00 - 20:00
- 2 July 09:00 - 17:00
You will receive the following materials:
- Congress bag
- Personal Badge
- Opening ceremony ticket
- Congress-dinner and city tour tickets booked and paid upfront.
We recommend to visit registration desk either on 1 July or on 2 July first half of the day to ensure smooth and timely registration.
Kindly note, if you are not planning to attend the Opening ceremony, you will still be able to register on 3-5 July at the congress site (Shuvalov building, MSU, Lomonosovskiy prospekt 27 bld.4).
You will need a unique QR-code to register. Please let us know if you haven’t received your email with the ocode. In case of any issues with registration, kindly be ready to provide your registration number.
Important! You will have to take your passport, your congress badge, and your Opening ceremony ticket along with you to enter the Kremlin. Please do not take your notebooks, tablets, and massive bags with you.
Storage areas are located at all Moscow railway stations.
